Yes, you can withdraw your FD before its maturity. The withdrawal criteria may be different depending on the bank. See details below:

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank
Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days, Invested amount: No penalty, Interest earned: No penalty, interest applicable is of the tenure for which the FD has remained active. - Shivalik and Fincare Small Finance Bank:
Withdrawal allowed: After 7 days, Invested amount: 1% penalty, Interest earned, interest applicable is of the tenure for which the FD has remained active.

Shriram Finance Ltd and Bajaj Finance Ltd
Withdrawal allowed: After 3 months, Invested amount: No penalty, Interest earned:
If you withdraw between
3 to 6 months: No interest will be paid
6 to 12 months: 3% less interest than 12 month FD rate
12 months to FD maturity: 2% less interest than the interest applicable on tenure for which the FD has remained active.
For Utkarsh and Shivalik SF Bank, you get an option to withdraw from the Stable Money app itself once the lock-in period of 7 days is over. Please navigate to the Invest page and go to Profile which is available at the top right icon. you can check your investments under the investments section, go to "couldn't find your investment" and you will be able to withdraw funds. For Shriram and Bajaj Finance, you need to directly reach out to their customer care and for Fincare you can use their Internet Banking and withdraw the amount.
All banks and NBFCs charge a 1% penalty on pre-mature withdrawals other than Utkarsh SFB. Utkarsh SFB's website mentions a penalty but there is no penalty made on bookings via Stable Money as of now. The interest is earned for the holding period at the rate applicable for that tenure without any penalty.
